So we also went over to visit my grandmother at her new apartment on Sunday. Belle has on high waters :)
Last weekend we came up with a few family fun activities now that Todd is officially off every weekend, so excited we can do more around Dallas! We ate dinner at Mariano's which is an awesome kid friendly place complete with tortilla makers for kids to watch, saddles to sit on in the waiting area, tons of kids running around and mechanical horses to ride outside! Of course it's also a great place for parents too since they invented the first margarita machine :) Then we headed to Jump Street on Sunday morning right when they opened at 11am so we were the only ones there at first (which is a good thing because we are working on getting Luna to not be afraid of the trampolines and she gets scared if there are too many kids). It's a huge trampoline place and has an area just for kids under 7 with a bounce house and 3 trampolines. Unfortunately all of the pics and video I took were wiped out when I synced my new iphone, darn! So I have just 1 picture from Todd's phone :( I need to carry my real camera more often I think! And then this past weekend we took it easy with the rain and stayed indoors, minus a trip to the Co-Op on Saturday. It was nice to relax and not have to be anywhere. PLUS, it is sooo strange to have both of my parents out of the country for 2 full weeks! My dad is on a river cruise down the Rhine with my step mom in Germany and my mom is in Paris with my step dad and they are also going to drive to Spain for some cross country stuff. Going to Europe seems so far off now, but so glad Todd and I went before we had Luna! And while I was at my MOPS on Friday, my mom volunteered to babysit the girls before she left on her trip. She has already texted me from Europe via Whatsap to let me know she misses them. So we also went over to visit my grandmother at her new apartment on Sunday. Belle has on high waters :) We also made it out to dinner with Todd's cousin Jeff and Angie and their 3 kids on Sunday night, but before we went Luna busted out my old tricycle! So cute and hate that it's so rusted, but she loved it!
