I am so glad we decided to move to Lake Highlands when I was pregnant with Luna. I really wanted a family neighborhood where my children could run around in the front yard with other kids. When we moved just a half mile up Northwest Highway, I thought I was moving to the suburbs :) I had not lived North of Mockingbird since I had moved back to Dallas and it was a change, but I am so glad we did! We love our neighbors and being so close to other families.
We were invited to our neighbor's little girl Camille's first birthday party, and a combined 1st bday party with her cousin Kate on Saturday. Camille is a few months younger than Belle and their older daughter Jillian is 3 months older than Luna! They have a great time playing together. It was so fun to watch Luna run around outside with our neighbors in their princess and pirates gear.
