I am starting to feel better, not as much morning sickness, some occasional gagging that pops out of nowhere at no particular time of day, but overall doing well. I just have to remember to keep eating snacks every hour instead of every 2 hours as I used to do pre-pregnancy. I have also tried to continue my workouts to help my body stay in shape for an easier delivery and post recovery, but yeah, not so much. I still do hip hop dance once a week and then found a prenatal trainer I try to see once a week as well. My midwife recommends an hour walk a day and have just not quite gotten up to that goal, maybe next week!
We are over 15 weeks along now. The baby has reached the size of my fist or a navel orange. We had our 12 week check-up on November 4th and heard the heartbeat! She said it sounded strong and was around 170 which is normal, of course mine was right up there too as I get nervous at doctor's offices anyway. Everything is on track so far and no concerns.
